Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kavirae. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand by the quality of every product we sell. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used skincare or cosmetic items, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used.

  • Items purchased on final sale or during special promotions (unless defective).

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

  • Free or promotional items.

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kavirae.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue,

  • A brief description of the problem.

We’ll review your claim promptly and, if approved, send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us First – Send an email to support@kavirae.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Wait for Approval – Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was damaged or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Refund Processing – Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kavirae.com


6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email support@kavirae.com and include your order number and a photo of the product issue.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we won’t be able to modify or cancel it.
